We appreciate your interest in our apartment! Before we accept an application, you must view the apartment first. To schedule a showing, please click contact us.

If you love our unit and would like to come prepared, please download our application, fill it out, and bring it with you to the showing, along with the application fee and holding fee (If applicable). To download the rental application, please click the button below. If you do not have access to a printer, copies can be found outside of our office at 2333 Hardy Parkway, Grove City, Ohio 43123.

Please note: You may pay the application fee in person by check, cashier’s check, or money order. The holding fee must be paid by check, cashier’s check, or money order as well.

Frequently asked questions

  • Before viewing the apartment: You may apply by printing out, pre-filling the application, and bringing it to the showing with the applicable fees. (If you do not have access to a printer, our application may be found outside of our office 24/7).

    OR

    After viewing the apartment: You may apply by filling out the provided application, and dropping it off to our office at 2333 Hardy Parkway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 along with the applicable fees.

    Please note: Our hours are M-F, 8:30am - 12:30pm. Applications may be dropped off 24/7 in the deposit box outside of our office located at 2333 Hardy Parkway, Grove City, Ohio 43123.

  • Showings are available every day by appointment.

  • The application fee is $75.00 per adult. Payable by check, cashier’s check, or money order.

  • A holding fee is a fee charged for holding the apartment. If you submit a holding fee, we will hold the apartment for you until your application is processed. If you are approved for the unit, it will be applied to the security deposit. If you are denied, it will be returned to you. If you are approved and do not fulfill the conditions of the lease agreement, the holding fee will be applied to any rent loss, advertising costs, re-rental fees, or any other resultant expenses.
